Shipping Policy for The Great Green Store

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10.00

* Standard + Shipping (4-6 business days): $15.00

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $20.00

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75.00

 

 Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at thegreatgreenstore@yahoo.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
